Korean Ground Beef
1lb ground beef (90/10, preferred)
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey/maple syrup
1-3 tsp gochujang
Toppings:
black pepper/gochugaru to taste
green onions
sesame seeds
Sides:
lettuce
kimchi
Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat if needed.
Add garlic + ginger, cook 30 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey/maple syrup (if using).
Simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy.
Mix in gochujang
Top with black pepper/gochugaru, green onions, and sesame seeds.
