450ml (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, cold
400ml (14floz) sweetened condensed milk, cold
Chocolate flavor:
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp hot water/milk
pinch salt
½ tsp espresso powder
Coffee flavor:
1½ tsp instant espresso
1 tbsp hot water
Cookie butter flavor:
1½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
⅛ tsp cloves
½ tsp vanilla extract

Gingerbread flavor:
1- 1½ tbsp molasses
1 tsp ginger powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
pinch cloves
pinch salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Matcha flavor:
1 tbsp matcha powder
Pistachio flavor:
120g pistachio butter
Peanut butter flavor:
6 tbsp peanut butter powder
4 tbsp cream
2 tbsp milk
Pumpkin Spice flavor:
2 tbsp pumpkin powder
2-3 tbsp warm milk/cream
½-1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ginger powder
pinch nutmeg/cloves
pinch salt
Ube flavor:
5ml (1 tsp) ube flavoring extract
Whip heavy cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
Pour in condensed milk and whip until thick, stiff peaks form.
Add the corresponding flavor ingredient and whip until combined.
Spread evenly into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight. Store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
For flavors with any dry, it must be hydrated or dissolved and then mixed into the sweetened condensed cream.
For anything fatty or dense, it must be mixed into the condensed milk first.
