Cinnamon Ginger Chicken
½ tsp ceylon cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1lb of chicken thigh, boneless & skinless
Toppings:
lemon juice
honey for drizzle
Mix all the rub ingredients together.
Coat the chicken and massage it well.
Cook it:
Stovetop: medium heat for 5-7 min. each side.
Oven: preheat the oven to 400°F for 18-22min.
Air fryer: 375°F for 14-18min.
Instant pot: high pressure for 10min + quick release.
Check that the chicken internally is at least 165°F.
Finish with lemon juice and honey.
