Calrose Rice

Rinse the rice.

Put the rice and water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Once it has reached a boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 10-12 min.

Afterwards, turn off the heat, and leave for 10-12 min.

Fluff with a fork.
