Matcha Latte
2g (1 tsp) matcha powder, sifted
30g (2 tbsp) hot water
180ml (¾ cup) cold whole milk
60ml (¼ cup) cold water
5ml (1 tsp) heavy cream (optional)
stevia drops to taste (1-2 tsp honey)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Add hot water and whisk it with the matcha powder until smooth and frothy.
Stir in the vanilla, salt, and stevia drops.
Add the whole milk, water, and heavy cream.
Pour the matcha mixture over the milk and stir.
